Periodontal Membership

Depending on your specific needs, it may be necessary to perform routine periodontal cleanings above the typical twice per year schedule. We have factored this into our membership plan structure. Unfortunately, insurance typically only provides for two periodontal cleanings each year. To remedy this, we provide Periodontal Membership, which provides your required care at a reduced price point.

Periodontal infection therapies, or deep cleanings, might be required prior to enrolling in this plan. Services are given at a discount of 20% to our members. Your need for these services is determined following initial exams with the doctor.

• Receive three periodontal cleanings each year at $39.50* each month, or four cleanings at $49.50* each month
• Receive all the same benefits as the regular plan
• Also, receive necessary visits in order to keep your smile healthy for life
• Your required level of membership will be determined following an initial exam, and subsequently an annual exam
